The singular audio experience of the ELS STUDIO 3D® is the result of a collaboration between Panasonic Automotive Systems’ innovative audio engineers and eight-time Grammy® award-winning producer and studio engineer Elliot Scheiner. This system provides OEMs with the opportunity to get their customers closer to their favorite music than ever before by providing them with the pinnacle of if in-vehicle audio performance.

The goal was clear: To bring the vital, immersive experience of the recording studio to the vehicle cabin and provide drivers and passengers alike with the opportunity to hear their favorite artists’ music as they always intended.

To achieve this vision, the teams employed several proprietary, patented technologies. This includes the innovative Twin Telford™ subwoofers – high-excursion speakers that are corner-mounted at opposing 13.5º angles. The result is mechanical rigidity that eliminates rattles and vibrations, enhancing the experience of the listener.

Panasonic Automotive Systems’ proprietary Acoustic Motion Control™ reduces vibration in individual speakers with innovative amplifier technology that detects and stabilizes speaker diaphragm motion caused by door panel oscillation rather than amp output. This provides the ELS STUDIO 3D® with precise reverb detail and enhanced instrumental clarity.

The compact size and light weight of our groundbreaking Highline® Ultra Slim speakers make roof headliner installation possible. This enables a more vertical, three-dimensional listening environment with less cabin reflection.
