Supply Chain
Our distribution channel consists mainly of three routes:
- Automotive parts produced on consignment from car manufacturers.
- Automotive parts selected and purchased by end users when buying vehicles, which are then installed at car dealerships.
- Automotive parts purchased and installed at auto parts stores.
In addition, in light of the need for business continuity as part of our corporate social responsibility, we promote and improve our BCM (Business Continuity Management) activities to ensure that our business activities are not interrupted in the event of a natural disaster,fire, terrorist attack, and similar disruptions, and resume necessary functions as soon as possible in the event that business activities are suspended.
In the BtoB field, in particular, we have positioned BCM, including the supply chain, as an important issue and are strengthening our efforts, since the impact of a supply chain disruption will not be limited to shortages or interruptions of parts supply from suppliers, but will also affect the production activities of our clients.
