On December 15, 2025, the company unveiled its new corporate name, “Mobitera.”

The new company name serves as a banner that embodies our mission, vision, and values.
Staying true to the philosophy of our founder, Konosuke Matsushita, we will continue to evolve with the times, and will work to increase our options in terms of capital and business strategy with a view to a future IPO and the introduction of external capital.

This series will present the efforts undertaken in the year leading up to our transition to the corporate name “Mobitera.”

In developing the logo, we began by reexamining our own distinct character—in other words, our brand personality.

Using our core principles of integrity, teamwork, adaptability, challenge, and productivity as a guide, we discussed what kind of personality or character Mobitera would have if it were an individual person. We then clarified what actions would or would not be fitting for that person, and reflected the concrete image we developed in the logo design.

In considering a new company name, we brainstormed ideas from as many diverse perspectives as possible. Each proposal was carefully reviewed to determine whether it aligned with our mission, vision, values, and management philosophy, conveyed our strengths and advantages, and could naturally bring the mobility industry to mind.

As the discussion progressed from a wide range of angles, the number of candidates grew to roughly 800. Out of these, we selected “Mobitera,” which most clearly expressed who we are.
