WELL Cabin Luxe/ GranLuxe
Panasonic Automotive Systems proposes a new mobility experience in a vehicle equipped with an immersive large-screen transparent display and 3D high-resolution audio system.
Our transportation service to and from sightseeing spots and sports spectating events stimulates the passengers’ sense of anticipation and excitement, and provides them with high-quality omotenashi hospitality. For business users, we create a space for both efficient work and relaxation, which functions as a comfortable second office in a vehicle.
For the GranLuxe, targeted for the transportation service to and from sightseeing spots ,we collaborated with Italy’s Italdesign(*1) to develop an exterior design that will appeal to the increasing number of foreign visitors to Japan. We are making mobility experiences even more luxurious.
Mobility experiences
Transportation for inbound tourism
Passengers can view a comprehensive summary of the sightseeing spots they are visiting while on the way there, and learn information that will enhance their sightseeing experience. An AI concierge provides automatic translation for a high-quality omotenashi hospitality experience.
Transportation for sports spectating events
We use the time traveling to and from sports spectating events to create a special day for passengers.
As the vehicle heads to the game venue, messages from the players and immersive scenes from games are played on the interior screen to make passengers feel even more excited about watching the game live at the venue.
After the game, passengers can relax and enjoy viewing behind-the-scenes footage of the players.
VIP Moving Office Space
For business executives who are required to make important decisions and assessments on a continuous basis. We create a comfortable second office in a vehicle, a space for both efficient work and relaxation.
[Service Achievements] Delivering luxurious sports spectating experiences
From November 2024 to March 2025, we operated a premium transportation service to and from Yokohama Station and the ice hockey stadium at Shin Yokohama in Japan.

Passengers of the WELL Cabin Luxe can view original video content of their favorite players while on their way to the game. Passengers will feel connected to the team and players from the moment they step inside the vehicle, and then enjoy interacting with other fans and viewing the live game at the venue. From start to finish, riding in the WELL Cabin Luxe makes the sports spectating experience even more enjoyable and exciting.

Large-screen, transparent display
The powerful 55-inch display creates a sense of immersion. By switching the front view to transparent mode, there isn’t any feeling of being overwhelmed or confined.
3D high-resolution audio speakers
The highly immersive sound, which captures even non-audible sound ranges, creates an encompassing 3D audio experience.
Seat built-in sound exciters
The exciter device built into the seats vibrates in rhythm with the sounds in the in-car space, enhancing the “you are there” feeling coming from the visual images.

Attractive exterior design
To meet the increasing number of foreign visitors to Japan, Panasonic Automotive Systems has collaborated with Italy’s Italdesign to develop an exterior design that embodies the heart of Japan’s “omotenashi” hospitality, as seen by people from overseas.
